ANNETTE TRIPODI: OPERATIONS & PROGRAM MANAGER
Annette's speciality and principal role at APA is acting as the crucial link between the artists and the marketing, production and other teams associated with large-scale arts events, developing the programs and overseeing the logistics. She has been Operations & Program Manager for WOMADelaide since 1999 and also for the Australia Council for the Arts' Australian Performing Arts Market since 1998. She has worked in a range of roles on WOMAD festivals in the UK, USA, Singapore and NZ and been associate producer or company manager of theatre, dance and music tours to Australia and New Zealand.
Projects Manager of Come Out 97 children's festival; Marketing & Publicity Co-ordinator in 96 and Publicist in 94 for the Adelaide Fringe, and managed publicity, promotions and PR for a range of national arts and corporate clients between 1986-1995.
